With six years in the beauty industry, Rachel Ouzts is a hair stylist who genuinely feels like she found the work she was meant to do. For Rachel, styling hair rarely feels like a job, it's a creative outlet, a passion, and an opportunity to make someone feel incredible all at once.
Specializing in bridal and special-event hair, Rachel loves everything from sleek, effortless buns to high, textured updos. She's equally comfortable creating something polished and refined or leaning into texture and movement, tailoring each style to the person wearing it.
Rachel joined Cotton Rouge & Company in 2026 and was drawn to the opportunity to work alongside a talented community of artists. As one of the newest members of the team, she's excited to share experiences, continue growing as an artist, and bring her own creativity and energy to CRC wedding mornings.
And that energy is decidedly fun. Rachel loves to joke around and lighten the mood, bringing an easygoing presence to the getting-ready experience while still taking the work itself seriously.

Sleek buns and high, textured updos. Rachel loves both ends of the styling spectrum, from smooth and effortless to perfectly imperfect texture.
