If you've emailed Cotton Rouge & Company, called the studio, sent an inquiry, or walked through our doors, there's a very good chance you've already met Jessica. As CRC's Office Manager, Jessica is one of the people keeping all the moving pieces moving—and often the first friendly voice our clients encounter before they ever sit in an artist's chair.
And while she may be relatively new to Cotton Rouge, she is absolutely not new to weddings. Jessica has worked in the wedding industry since 2011, with experience as a wedding planner and in office management for both a florist and a wedding group before joining Cotton Rouge & Company in January 2026. That background means she understands weddings from far beyond the hair-and-makeup chair: the timelines, the vendors, the questions, the last-minute changes, and all the tiny details that go into making a wedding day happen.
Jessica originally came to CRC because she had long admired the company, the artists, and the level of work they produced. What she found was something even more important to her: a team where she truly feels like she belongs. Today, she's the person answering emails and phone calls, helping clients navigate the CRC process, greeting people at the studio, and generally keeping the rest of us pointed in the right direction.
Her Specialty:
Phone etiquette, punctuation, talking to absolutely everyone, and enthusiastically oohing and aahing over whatever the artists are creating.
In Her Beauty Bag:
Not much. Jessica would like to remind you that she is not an artist. She owns mascara, an eyeshadow palette Katie told her to buy, some blush of questionable age, and has recently learned that apparently skincare is important.
Currently Loving:
Whatever the hair people use that makes her hair "poofy." She doesn't know what it's called. She just knows she wants it.
Beauty Philosophy:
Pay the professionals. Jessica is a firm believer in getting your hair and makeup done for the big moments because, in her words, “You can't tell me anything when these artists fix me up!”
Her Style:
Unapologetically '90s. Give her brown hiking boots, a flannel, and a brown-mauve lip and she's perfectly happy. She's also decided the CRC artists may be slowly convincing her to step up her beauty game.
Off the Clock:
Jessica loves binge-watching a good show, playing card games, and eating queso and chips—which, frankly, sounds like an excellent evening.
Seasonal Personality Trait:
Fall. All of it. Especially a PSL.
Fun Fact:
Jessica claims to have exceptionally good answers for Two Truths and a Lie. You'll have to ask her yourself because she's apparently not giving those away for free.
What She Wants Clients to Feel:
Jessica says, “I hope everyone sees how amazing they are when they leave my presence.” And that may actually sum up her role at Cotton Rouge better than any job description could.
Personal Mantra:
“Live, Laugh, Love.”
Yes. Really. And somehow, coming from Jessica, we're letting it stay.
