Bridal Party Pricing Fall 2026 and all 2027

We know many brides want to understand pricing now — not after sending an inquiry, waiting on emails, or trying to keep track of numbers across multiple conversations.
Our goal at Cotton Rouge & Company is always to make things easier for our bridal parties — from clearly answering questions, to coordinating with your planner and photographer, to making sure important information is visible and easy to find.
While every wedding has its own nuances, timelines, and service minimums, below you’ll find a pricing overview of our wedding hair and makeup services. Once you inquire, we’re happy to help guide you toward the approach that best fits your timeline, party size, and overall vision.

Classic Approach
5 Hour Window for services

• Bride: $125per service | $250 for both hair & makeup
• Bridesmaids/Mothers/Additional Clients: $100 per service | $200 for both
  •  Our hair styling pricing in this approach is for dry styling only.  Adding a blowout to a style would incur an additional cost for time allotment.
• Junior Pricing, age at time of service, does not include lashes
  Age 10-12 Hair: $65 / Makeup: $50 
  Age 7-9 Hair: $55 / Makeup: $40
  Age 4-6 Hair: $45 / Makeup: $30
  Age 3 and under: Hair: $30
  Tattoo Cover/Body Makeup: $10/square inch
  
  
  

Premium Efficiency 
3.5 hour window for services

• Bride: $185 per service | $370 for both hair & makeup
• Bridesmaids/Mothers/Additional Clients: $150 per service | $300 for both
  •  Our hair styling pricing in this approach is for dry styling only.  Adding a blowout to a style would incur an additional cost for time allotment.​
• Junior Pricing, age at time of service, does not include lashes
  Age 10-12 Hair: $95 / Makeup: $70 
  Age 7-9 Hair: $80 / Makeup: $55
  Age 4-6 Hair: $65 / Makeup: $40
  Age 3 and under: Hair: $40
  Tattoo Cover/Body Makeup: $15/square inch

Luxury Approach
Up to 5 Hour window for services

Same as the Premium Efficiency Pricing but still giving the artists up to 5 hours to complete the services.  This allows time for a slower paced morning.

This experience includes optional luxury touches such as cooling under-eye patches, mini facials or shoulder massages, professional blowouts before styling (if desired) can be included without an additional fee, and additional touch-up time before photos. Perfect for bridal parties who want a calm, spa-like start to the day.

Many our of brides do select the Luxury Option for themselves only and Classic for everyone else.  Luxury on top of Premium would be $275 | $550​

Additional Services and Fees that would apply to any approach

• Trial Runs (in-studio): $100 per service | $200 for both
• $75 non-refundable booking retainer secures your date.
  This is a separate fee reserved to cover admin support and is not deducted from service totals.
• Travel: Up to 15 miles from our downtown Greenville studio included; $1/mile beyond (per artist).  
  • Parking Fee of $15 per artist at minimum in any location where parking is to be paid.
• Bridal Assistant Experience - Artist to stay on location: $150 for the first hour | $125 each additional hour
• Artist Return for Full Touch Up ( local bookings only):  $250 for first hour | $125 each additional hour
• Artist Return for Flip Style (Local bookings, one service only, like hair changing styles): $175​​

Minimum Services
Because we work with a large team, we’re able to accommodate a wide range of bridal party sizes and timelines. Our artist minimums are structured as financial minimums, which we reference in service numbers for ease and clarity.

• Classic Approach: typically accommodates 6–12 services
• Premium Efficiency & Luxury Approaches: typically accommodate 4–8 services

Minimums are based on what can be completed comfortably and calmly within your planned service window — not on artistic skill or qualifications. All Cotton Rouge & Company artists are experienced professionals. Some artists prefer a more streamlined service count within the timeframe, while others work at a faster pace and can accommodate more.
If your requested services do not meet an artist’s minimum, you always have the option to pay to reach the financial minimum.

What You Can Expect from Any Approach
No matter which approach you choose, every Cotton Rouge & Company bride receives the same level of care and support.

• Dedicated office support to answer questions and confirm details
• Coordination with your planner and photographer to help ensure a smooth timeline
• A weekend on-call rotation, so in the rare event of illness or emergency, a backup artist is always available
