Brittany Lynch-Narro may have spent years dreaming about the beauty industry, but she took a slightly less traditional route to get there.
Before becoming a professional makeup and hair artist, Brittany spent nearly a decade in business development and sales in the automotive industry, followed by several years working as a claims investigator. At 30, she finally decided to pursue the passion she'd had since she was young and entered the beauty industry. A little over three years later, she's doing the work she'd always wanted to do, and helping women feel their absolute best in the process.
Brittany loves bridal and special-event beauty, with an aesthetic that ranges from elevated neutrals to full glam. She especially loves creating looks that give a client that unmistakable glam feeling without automatically taking things over the top. But when someone wants a full beat? Brittany is absolutely here for it.
What she loves most is the moment at the end, when someone looks in the mirror and tells her they've never felt prettier. For Brittany, those reactions are what make the work meaningful, along with the community beauty has brought into her life and the opportunity to travel to new places while doing something she genuinely loves.
As one of the newest members of Cotton Rouge & Company, Brittany has quickly found a community of artists who share that passion. She loves the friendships and connections she's already building within the team and getting to play a small role in some of the most important days in her clients' lives.
Her Signature:
Elevated neutrals to full glam. Brittany loves enough makeup to make you feel glammed up while still tailoring the intensity to the person in her chair.
In Her Kit:
Natasha Denona concealer for versatile coverage across different skin types and ages, Dior foundation for beautiful, long-lasting skin, and MAC blushes, which make an appearance on just about every client.
Underrated Favorite:
ColourPop eyeshadows. Brittany loves that they perform right alongside much more expensive options.
Currently Loving:
The return of GLAM. The fuller looks popping back up are giving Brittany major 2016 flashbacks, and she's not mad about it.
Ride-or-Die Beauty Tip:
For longer-lasting lipstick, Brittany applies the first layer, lightly adds translucent powder, then follows with a second layer of lipstick to help everything stay put.
Her Style:
Usually pretty simple, until leopard print, a leather jacket, or anything lime green enters the conversation.
Wedding Morning Fuel:
An iced matcha and a really good breakfast sammie.
Off the Clock:
Brittany loves finding new places to eat with her hubby, taking long walks with her puppy, and hitting the road for some new destination she probably discovered on social media.

Ella Langley. Brittany loves her style and, perhaps more importantly, appreciates a woman who is clearly not afraid of a full beat.
Plot Twist:
Beauty is actually Brittany's second act. Before picking up brushes professionally at 30, she spent years in automotive business development and sales and later worked as a claims investigator. Proof that the path to what you're meant to do doesn't necessarily have to be a straight one.
