Bridal and Special Event Services
Bridal hair and makeup is at the heart of what we do. Cotton Rouge & Company is one of the largest professional makeup and hair teams in the country, serving nearly 1000 weddings each year throughout the Upstate of South Carolina and beyond. With a team of over 45 artists, we are able to support wedding days of all sizes — from intimate gatherings to large bridal parties — with structure, consistency, and care.
We believe every bride deserves to feel confident, beautiful, and fully supported on her wedding day. Our approach is often described as affordable luxury — elevated, professional service without inflated “bridal-only” pricing. Our rates remain consistent across booking types and are never increased simply because your event is a wedding.
Location & Travel
While we have a beautiful studio in Downtown Greenville, the majority of our wedding services are provided on-location. We regularly travel throughout the region, with additional travel fees applying to locations outside the Greenville area. Our most common travel destinations are the Cashiers/Highlands area of North Carolina and Columbia/Lexington/Gilbert areas of South Carolina (beyond our more local Greenville area) but we will truly travel to anyplace you'd like us to travel to!
Bridal Hair & Makeup Philosophy
All Cotton Rouge & Company artists receive dedicated training in bridal hair and makeup artistry. Our goal is to create polished, long-lasting looks while maintaining a calm, enjoyable getting-ready experience that stays on schedule. Timelines matter — and we’re known for being both efficient and detail-oriented without ever making the morning feel rushed.
Our philosophy is simple: you should feel like the best version of yourself on your wedding day. Makeup applications are customized to each client’s skin, preferences, and needs. While all of our artists are trained in airbrush makeup, many clients benefit from a hybrid approach using both airbrush and traditional techniques to achieve the most natural, long-wearing results.
Our hairstylists specialize in event styling and are experienced in everything from soft waves to intricate updos, ensuring styles are both beautiful and secure throughout the day.
Beyond Weddings
In addition to weddings, our team is available for proms, pageants, photoshoots (both commercial and individual portraits), and makeup lessons. Some artists also work in salons and may offer cut or color services independently. Please note that salon services are booked directly through the artist or salon and are not managed by Cotton Rouge & Company — though we’re always happy to help point you in the right direction.
Bridal Boudoir
Bridal boudoir photography is also available through our sister company Cotton Rouge Photo. Many brides choose to schedule a boudoir session as part of their wedding experience, and you may work with your wedding makeup artist or have Katie, the owner and photograher for CRP do your makeup and hair as a part of your session. If your wedding photographer already offers boudoir, we’re equally happy to provide hair and makeup services only.
